Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you experience major errors in your generated documents (factual inaccuracies, missing critical sections, or technical failures), contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
Refunds are not provided for: buyer's remorse, permit rejections by agencies, or issues caused by inaccurate user-provided information.
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by EasyDockPermit. Documents generated for you are yours to use for permit applications. You may not resell or redistribute the Service or its underlying technology.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYDOCKPERMIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERMIT REJECTIONS, PROJECT DELAYS, FINES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
